Booking Terms for All Home Repairs 24/7

1. Booking Confirmation

By booking services with All Home Repairs 24/7, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Refund for Cancellations

Customers are entitled to move their booking or using their payment as a credit towards a future repair if notified in well in advance of our tradesperson travelling to the property to carry out the agreed repair.

2.2 Cancellation

If All Home Repairs 24/7 cannot Fulfil its obligations as per the original agreed booking due to unforeseen circumstances

All Home Repairs 24/7 reserve the right to offer an alternative date if they are unable to fulfil the original requested booking date. If this is not agreeable by the customer, All Home Repairs 24/7 will refund the cost of the call out / booking fee.

2.4 Administrative Efforts

The booking and call out fee is payment for time spent on coordinating bookings and appointments to ensure a professional and prompt service is provided to our customers

2.5 Refund Process

If agreed, refunds for timely cancellations will be processed promptly using customers bank sort code and account number due to All Home Repairs 24/7 being PCI (payment complaint industry) compliant and never storing customers bank card details.

2.6 Booking Modifications

For changes to a booking, please contact us at least four hours before the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

2.8 Callout/Booking Fee Payments

Once your booking is confirmed, the call-out fee is non-refundable.

Definitions

  • User – An individual purchasing repair or service from All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd.
  • Service Repair Partner – A vetted service professional from All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd’s partners.

All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd operates via connecting customers with a nationwide network of accredited, qualified, and insured service professionals. These service professionals provide reactive emergency repairs and maintenance services.

Liability

All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd ensures that service professional are vetted, to ensure quality of the work are in line with industry standards.

Responsibility for Works

All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd does not hold responsibility for the work quality or any damages arising from a repair. Service professionals provide their own guarantees and insurance, and the customer must address quality issues directly with them. However, All Home Repairs 24/7 will assist customers wherever possible to mediate where necessary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated either verbally (via phone) or in writing, e-mail us at [email protected] or call us on 0333 600 0990.
  • If a service provider has already been booked, the booking fee is non-refundable as stated above.

Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and full access to the property. Failure to provide a safe working environment or access may result in the job not being completed and subsequent charges being applied.

Call Recording

Calls may be recorded for evidential or training purposes.

Permits, Provisions, and Consent

The user is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, permits, licenses, and consents prior to work being carried out. All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd will not be held responsible if this has not been arranged.

Gas Safe and Other Regulations

The customer is responsible for any hazardous conditions relating to gas safety unless caused by a certified Gas Safe service professional provided by All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd. All service providers operate under their own Gas Safe registration, and all gas-related liabilities are their sole responsibility.
