Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
All home repairs 24/7 do not refund any callout / booking fees due to the work involved and resource allocated to each booking.
Engineer Scheduling
Our Engineers carefully plan their schedules to meet the demands of our valued customers. A cancellation fee will be imposed to compensate for any disruptions caused by last-minute cancellations plus the full booking fee will be payable if the Engineer has been arranged. This cancellation fee will be £100+V.
Office Administration
Our office staff invest time and effort in coordinating and organizing appointments. The cancellation fee helps offset the administrative work involved in managing bookings and cancellations.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact our customer service team ASAP via email at [email protected] or call the office anytime on 0333 996 4444 before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this time frame will be subject to the cancellation fee or the full Booking fee if the engineer is already en route.
Refund Process
Refunds for cancellations due to All Home Repairs 24/7 not being able to fulfil its obligations will be processed promptly. The refund will be made to the customers nominated bank, name, sort code and account number. All home repairs do not store customer debit or credit card details.
Modifications to Bookings
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us before our service partner has left to attend your home repair or emergency appointment. We will do our best toaccommodate your request.

Callout / Booking Fee payments
Once your booking is confirmed with All Home Repairs 24/7 your call out fee is non-refundable and subject to our Cancellation Policy. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for choosing All Home Repairs 24/7.
Definitions
- User – An individual who purchases a repair or service from All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd.
- Engineer – A tradesperson sent out by All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd to complete a repair for the user in question.
All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd operate as a finder’s service linking to a nationwide database of accredited, experienced and vetted service professionals. A catch all term to define them is as “Engineers”. The database of Engineers provide reactive emergency response repair and maintenance works for any home emergency. These engineers are self-employed working on their own accord they do not operate as a direct employee or a subservice partner we purely link the job and the service partner together in rapid time. All Home Repairs 24/7 service is that of a finder’s service. If a user accepts these terms and conditions you agree that, despite strict and rigorous vetting and procurement to ensure accreditations, qualifications and insurance we are not responsible for the quality of the works provided by the Engineer. That responsibility lies solely with the Engineer who carried out the works in question.
You also accept that our fee is that of a booking fee, and further payment is required to the attending service partner, this is priced typically at £100.00+V per hour but will be higher for Out of Hour bookings or challenging conditions. In allowing an Engineer to enter your premises, as instructed by All Home Repairs 24/7 you accept these terms, even in the absence of a written reply (via SMS or email) to the terms and conditions we have sent to the customer when they book in the first instance.
Liability
If All Home Repairs 24/7 offer a same day obligation, we will always endeavour to attend on the same day that the booking has been made but cannot guarantee this. All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd do not provide compensation for an Engineer failing to turn up on time. Indeed, the quality and workmanship of the works complete is solely linked to the Engineer alone and not that of All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd. If you’ve made a booking with All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd, you accept that our service is categorised as ‘urgent repairs and maintenance’, as per legislation under common law regulation The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which is under Consumer Protection 2013 No.3134(www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/pdfs/uksi_20133134_en.pdf), Part 3 (Right to Cancel) Clause 28 (Limits of application: circumstances excluding cancellation) which specifically states (e) “contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs and maintenance”. By making payment over the phone for our services, you explicitly agree to the terms above and accept that any refunds made outside of the above terms are done so purely at the professional discretion of All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd.
Access & Safety
You must ensure that site is safe for the Engineer to carry out the work. You must ensuredue safe access is provided when the Engineer is due to arrive. Failure to ensure safety and access could result in no services provided and a subsequent charge attached.
Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for evidential and developmental purposes.
Permits, Provisions and Consent
It is the user’s duty to ensure suitable permission, permits, licenses and all other consents from the property owner and/or planning permission if necessary is obtained prior to works carried out by the company. All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd not be held responsible, or liable if this has not been obtained. Any work carried out on behalf of the company by Engineers will be guaranteed under the Engineer’s own respective policies and is always up to a maximum of £2.5 million public liability. All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd are not to be liable or responsible for any damage or defectarising from work not fully guaranteed or where recommended work has not been carried out in line with the original Engineer’s proposed scheme of work. The customer shall be solely liable for any hazardous situation in respect of Gas Safe regulations, or gas warning notice issued, unless otherwise caused by our Gas Safe operative. All Gas Safe engineers operate under their own Gas Safe registration, and as such are solely responsible for any gas related work and relevant liabilities. All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the service on time, yet shall not be liable to the customer or any third party if the works prove impossible to complete due to events, parts requisites or exogenous circumstances beyond All Home Repairs Ltd operational reach.

All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd initial response time to your dispute is within 5 working days (Monday – Friday). All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd team is available Monday – Sunday, 0600 – 2200.

We abide all relevant data protection legislations and provisions in UK regulatory law. Please refer to our privacy policy regarding the longhand version of how we process your personal data. All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions of use from time to time without notice in line with data protection legislations. You should check these terms and conditions regularly. Your continued use of this service will be deemed to be acceptance of the updated or amended terms.
Governing Jurisdictions
These terms and conditions are governed by and construedin accordance with His Majesty’s laws of England and Wales. Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or All Home Repairs 24/7 Ltd will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of His Majesty’s courts of England and Wales.
